TIME IS OF THE ESSENCE

Have you tried watching the clock and observed that the time moves so slow and you wished to move it faster? However when you ‘re doing something or you’re quiet busy, time then seems so fast that you also wished to make it stop. This implies that when you have nothing to do the time moves so slowly while when you have something to do time moves so fast.  Thus, spend your time wisely because there’s no rewind nor fast forward. Time is very valuable so we should not waste it. Let us try to manage our time properly and set our priorities because sometimes our only hindrance in life is time. And if questions will begin to surface such as, “if only I have more time or if I can bring back the time”. As of today, time machine is impossible so we cannot tell nor predict the future neither can we change history. Treasure the time you have for every second counts.

Employees within the organization

In an organization, every employees is entitled to share with their own ideas and contribute something for the development of the organization. They should suggest and open up what they think is best for the organization. However, it's not that easy to do, for most of the employees are hesitant to involve in the thinking thing or to raise suggestion  because it was already set in their minds that it's only for the top management and they are inferior of their position. Generally, organizations have problem on initiating these matter, they had a hard time developing rapport to their employees, which could eventually lead to knowledge sharing. The first is, the top management should start to support knowledge management, second, it must support business objective to give direction of the knowledge sharing, third, there must be a personnel to be designated in a position that holds knowledge management, fourth, employees should be encourage to cooperate and speak out their notions and should be recognize and acknowledge, fifth, must be cautious in promoting employees and the sixth, measuring knowledge management - which has three intentions namely: to test and evaluate new schemes before moving on, identify problems and the level use and most importantly to find out the impact of the knowledge management.

I do agree that in an organization, open up or sharing ideas could one way or the other helps the organization not just to attain success but learn to respect and value each other. It could make the establishment grow stronger and grow bigger for everybody is involve in managing the establishment by expressing their clamors and giving out suggestion. By that the top management would be aware of their needs and the lapses of the organization and it will be taken cared of immediately and aside from that they could solve easily any predicaments that would come out. Knowledge sharing is precisely essential to every organization since it has so many advantage and benefits they could get. In spite of the difficulty of initiating it when it's achieve it's worth it. Knowledge management must be established so as to a compete to be a leading organization in the country or in the world.

Why should teachers, parents or individuals need to know about SOCIAL PHILOSOPHY?


Social philosophy enlightens us the good way of life. It helps us to establish strong beliefs to ourselves and to other people as well. It directs us to discover something beautiful about life and guide us in our day to day living. We propel and become better individuals as we learn to practice the different teachings of our social philosophers. Thus, teachers, parents or individuals should know about social philosophy.
It is important for teacher to be guided by the social philosophies in order to become an effective instrument in educating the minds of the children. The teachers should learn the different ideals of the social philosophy so the he could easily understand and interact with his students as well as to his colleagues.
For parents, they should have at least knowledge about social philosophy because they are responsible in raising good children. They are the one who will inculcate the basic values and morals in life to their children and without suck knowledge how can they properly do as such. Teachings of the parents are essential to the development of the child, if the child was not taught well how can he able to cope life’s obstacles.
As for the individuals, he should learn about social philosophy so that he can be more optimistic about life and enhance social skills. Additionally, in order for the individual to be guided with what to do with life and what to give importance to really find his meaning of his being.
